  1. Strategic Business Agreement with R2B Solution

    April 8, 2021   The open source DBMS company, CUBRID announced that they have signed a strategic agreement with R2B Solution (http://r2bsolution.co.kr/), a company that specializes in real-time data synchronization.   Through this strategic business agreement, CUBRID plans to link R2B solution’s CDC (Change Data Capture) solution ‘X-LOG’ with its DBMS solution ‘CUBRID’ and cooperates in discovering joint customers.    Unlike ETL and ESB tools, it does not directly use DB tables during the transfer; instead, it transfers data through capturing and transferring logs.   3. The Establishment of CUBRID Foundation

    February 12, 2020.   CUBRID, an open source DBMS company, said it had established the CUBRID Foundation to promote global open source projects.     June 15, 2021 CUBRID announced that they have released a developer guide (https://dev.cubrid.org/dev-guide/v/dg-en/) which contains detailed explanation of the development process of its DBMS open source project, CUBRID. The purpose of this guide is to support developers to participate in the CUBRID project more effectively via sharing the license policy and the overall workflow for the development lifecycle.
