6)   Other Issues

    1)  Python driver 9.2.0.0001 has solved the issues about the driver work with the CUBRID shard database:  APIS-633 , APIS-637

    2)  Since the bind_param() function has been updated with a new feature according to APIS-637,  we need to update the relevant manual on python.org

    3)  Test code of Python driver could be optimized and then provided to user on cubrid.org in the future
