1)  Python driver 8.4.4.0002 has removed CUBRID dependency; it used the static cci source, so the user can install the python driver successfully without installing cubrid engine first. 

2)  Test code of Python driver 8.4.4 could be optimized and then provided to user on cubrid.org in the future
