Windows minimal rights
In order to start CUBRID in command-line, in Windows, what minimal OS rights must have an user?

I was looking through the manual and on page:
http://www.cubrid.org/manual/840/en/Starting%20the%20CUBRID%20Service
I found the following information in bottom of the page:
"a login level user authorization is required to start/stop them with shell commands"
