cci_clob_new
Description
The cci_clob_new function creates an empty file where LOB data is stored and returns Locator referring to the data to clob struct.
Syntax
int cci_clob_new(int conn_handle, T_CCI_CLOB* clob, T_CCI_ERROR* error_buf)
- conn_handle: (IN) Connection handle
- clob: (OUT) LOB Locator
- error_buf : (OUT) Error buffer
