Download</a> and <a href="/tutorials#getting-started" target="_blank">install</a> the latest version of CUBRID Database.
</li><li><a href="/manual/840/en/Running%20CUBRID%20Manager" target="_blank">Start the CUBRID Manager</a> and <a href="/manual/840/en/Database-Creating%20Database" target="_blank">create a new database</a> for your Joomla site.<br />This step will require you to set a password for your new database. The default username is <b>dba</b>.<br />If you wish, you can <a href="/manual/840/en/User" target="_blank">create a separate user</a> for this new database.</li><li>As a final step, make sure your <a href="/manual/840/en/Starting%20Database" target="_blank">database has been started</a>. For the convenience, it is recommended to set your <a href="/manual/840/en/Registering%20Services" target="_blank">database to start automatically</a> every time the CUBRID Service is started.</li><li>Enter the database information (db name, username, password) to the form when installing the Joomla.</li>
