The problem seems to be from Apache itself (when you load http://127.0.0.1 there is standard web page that does not interact with CUBRID). Maybe you can get few more details from Event Viewer - Application section. Or if you can provide us remote access (LogMeIn or any other product) on that machine we can try to make some investigations.

Errors on apache log

The steps was:
1) i download the package
2) i unzip it on c:\uniform
3) from cmd (DOS console) i go to c:\uniform and run cubrid_start.bat (
4) after this i run server_start.bat, when finish it is try to go to http://127.0.0.1, in this moment i get the error.
